RETURN POLICY
Please Note: We do not offer free returns; a fee will be charged.
Returning Items Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order includes all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must arrive exactly as it was when the product was received.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product must be shown to be defective immediately after receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our fault.
How to Return Your Order If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: support@ellislondon.co.uk
- Ensure that your email includes the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First name and last name of the customer
- Customer's address
We will then communicate with you and provide the return address. Please do not send returns to the sender; we will provide the correct address once you have requested it. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:
- CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION Right to Cancellation The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received or accepted the last goods.
As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ellis London) through a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Transit Shipping Records As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that we do not control. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel. Please wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. You may, of course, inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the quickest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this agreement and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; you will not incur any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
