At Ellis London, we strive to keep our customers completely satisfied. However, we understand that there may be times when you wish to return a product. This document explains our return policy in detail.

100% Return Guarantee on New Products

We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, with the exception of promotional items. Clearance items are excluded from this guarantee.

No Refunds on Clearance Items

Items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for refunds. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged — even in cases of incorrect sizing.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received your order.

  • Return shipping costs — including any international postage or customs fees — are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond that is not permitted.

  • Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning some is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Request your return by emailing us at support@ellislondon.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China) from our customer support team.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item and verified its condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
